House of the Lace
Located at orée of the Mounts of Flanders, Bailleul cultivates this art of one city in the countryside. national Botanical academy and the Regional Center of Phytosociology
Known universally, this center is installed on 32 hectares in a restored Flemish farm and attracts many scientists by his library exceptionnelle.Traversé by the GR. 128, this bosky bower also knew to obtain equipment for the pleasure of the visitors: country cottage of greeting, tables of picnic, counts of orientation... but also gardens extraordinary! The medicinal botanical garden is without any richest doubt of the area. With his 700 crop plants on grounds of different nature, the visitor will have the plaisir to discover these labelled species all. The CONSERVATORY BOTANICAL GARDEN is intended for the conservation and the multiplication of the species in the process of disappearance. In its projects, the center registers the creation of a teaching botanical garden which will present all the vegetable species of the North of France. Enfin this center organizes many activities teaching: outputs nature, conference, exposures... (sends program on request).

It multiplies, on a surface of 4 hectares, trees and shrubs such as dogwoods, privets, bourdaines, brooms, willows... starting from local stocks. The visitor will have the leisure to discover plants resulting from the area and adapted to our climate, to better know the various regional gasolines, their technique of size, maintenance and multiplication by sowing or bouturage.
The Garden of Mélusine
Arranged in a Flemish farm, it deserves without any doubt to be discovered!!! Its garden of more than square 1000m is a floral space made up exclusively of plants rare and dedicated to the bulbs. The professional ones will guide you in the heart of this parade of flowers and will also invite you to benefit from the terrace on water to discover a profusion of exceptional hydrangeas and hydrangéas.
The Garden of Fire
Presented in background of the office of tourism, this garden of Renaissance style Flamande presents the history of the 8 fires of Bailleul by a subtle regional gasoline harmony, Bulbes and other plants to you superbly retranscribing the starting and the death of fire.
The hiking trails
A foot, à.vélo, with horse, or in Transborder and standardized VTT., they are described on folders and are presented on a panel meadows of the House of Lace.
