The
School of Music and Dance Structure The Concert hall was built with the stones coming from the Saint-Bertin abbey. Its frontage, crowned of a significant framed pediment of a ballustrade, comprises six large openings in full swifter. On the square paving draws a white stone quadrant. History To answer the desire of the elected officials of the time, a concert hall was built in 1833 with the site of theSaint-Jean church, destroyed with the Revolution. The School of music, created in 1829, there was transferred and became in 1884 national School. Since, its activity and its dynamism made it possible to the amateurs to continue their musical formation and for some a brilliant professional career. This school is one of oldest of France. |

the place, notice with the n°9, the keys of windows representing the
musical instruments. With the n°11, old convent of the Carmelite friars.
Closed at the time of the law on the Congregations in 1906, it was resold
